We recognize that every customer is unique, therefore, for each implementation, Aspiring will provide a Project Manager to prepare the plan, define roles and responsibilities (if necessary). The Project Manager will act as the single point of contact for all escalation and communications. Finally, the Project manager will be the champion for any change to the deployment details. His/Her Responsibilities include:
- Interact with customer to get the requirements, define the deployment details.
- Coordination plan of resources/roles and responsibilities.
- Coordination/control of the project time lines related to the project.
- Arrange user training sessions.
- The customer acceptance plan for the project.
- Post project review, lessons learned, final report, and project closure.
Aspiring's Implementation Service (Enterprise version) includes :
1. Pre-Implementation Planning
During this process, Aspiring analyses client's needs in order to determine a suitable solution, reflecting the specific business operations and MIS requirements. This phase marks the orientation essentials (requirements, functions, procedures) of the client in order to achieve mutual agreement on an ERP solution that will contribute to the accomplishment of company's long term goals and objectives.
2. Configuration & Customized Development
- Configuration includes hardware and software selection according to your company size, business requirements, number of user accounts, etc.
- We can provide customized consultant and development on areas such as: data and document standardization; file and table building; report design and writing; data conversion.
3. User Trainings
- End-user training, focuses on formally training your personnel of various department, providing a thorough understanding and know ledge of system operation.
- System administrator training, for your enterprise's IT staffs, focuses on system's technical issues like how to startup and shutdown the system, system clock setting and minor problems solving, manage user accounts to add user log-on ids and passwords, etc.
4. Testing
